Return, refund, exchange and cancellation policy.

Sales are final, and orders cannot be cancelled after shipment, unless it is due to an error on our part.

Punctures and issues caused by wear and tear and/or abuse of the product are not covered by manufacturer’s warranty.

We are happy to work with you if you are not completely satisfied with you board from us. We will make every effort to satisfy you to make this experience a perfect one.

Refund would be issued in the original form of payment on the order, within two weeks after a returned item is received back by us. If a returned item does not meet our standards and appears to have been used, we will send it back to the customer without a refund and customer would be responsible for shipping cost involved.

Exchange and replacements are only provided in case of documented manufacturing defects, with compliance to the manufacturer’s warranty, within manufacturer’s warranty period and upon providing a copy of a purchase receipt. We reserve the right to request the defective item be sent back to us for inspection, at a customers’ shipping expense.

Reselling product voids its warranty.

We will do what we can to help you figure out how to fix your sup. We have all the parts you might need free of charge and or we can order them for you.

We have not had any issues in regards to any of our sups they are the best quality on the market.
